Sogut Hotel Old City Istanbul

During my Christmas vacation, I found two things to like about the hotel. the service was good, and the staff was helpful in assisting with any inquiries or issues we had. the hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. This made it convenient to explore and enjoy the city during the festive season. I enjoyed the comfortable and cozy ambiance of the hotel, which added to the overall experience.

There were several aspects that I disliked about the hotel. the soundproofing was poor, as I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a very nice area, close to all the famous old city sights. It is also conveniently located near a variety of shops, making it easy to find anything you need. The best part is that it is directly opposite the huge City Hall in Istanbul, providing a stunning view.

One aspect that could be improved is the outdated decor in some of the rooms.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this place. The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are plenty of shops and attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering car hire and tour/ticket assistance. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry were all of very good quality. There is also a spa and wellness centre, which offers a range of treatments like full body massages, foot massages, and Turkish baths. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

A pleasant surprise! I loved the central location, close to public transportation and bustling shops and restaurants. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff, especially Adnan and Hekmet, were friendly and helpful. Despite the occasional weak WiFi signal in the room, I had a great stay. I highly recommend Sogut Hotel & Spa Old City for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul.

The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Sabuhi at the reception, Taner the bellboy, and Kadir from housekeeping, were very friendly and helpful.

The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious Turkish specialties. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality service, making my stay unforgettable.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right across from the City Hall, making it easy to navigate and explore. The hotel was also conveniently close to the market, allowing me to immerse myself in the local culture and find great bargains. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, providing a great start to the day. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for my visit to the city.
